Projects
Developed a 2 layer fully Connected neural network for classification of MNIST handwritten dataset in Python using Numpy (without using a deep learning framework) achieving an accuracy of 82%. Developed a Convolutional Neural Network for classification of CIFAR-10 dataset using Pytorch achieving an accuracy of 85%. Trained Naive Bayes, Decision Tree, Support Vector Machines and Random Forest models on 27,558 labelled images of cells infected and not infected with Malaria using python libraries scikit-learn, Numpy, matplotlib concluding that Random forest which is an ensemble method giving the highest accuracy of 92% is the best suited model.
