Encountered a roller-coaster ride from Bachelor's in Computer Engineering to Master's in Cyber Security and Privacy. I am a hardworking, passionate, and self-motivated, recently graduated student from NJIT. I joined my graduate studies in cyber security, because I believe network and information security is the backbone indeed of any successful system. The configuration, setup, constant maintenance of the network infrastructure is crucial.

1. Windows server 2016, set up, troubleshooting and installation.
2. Network Security Investigations and Law covered incident response (preparation, detection, reporting, analysis, containment and neutralization, post- incident activity), investigate intrusions and security of data storage, data management, and data transmission systems as a part of an integrated network.
3. Buffer Overflow Attack- Developed a C program to exploit BOF vulnerability of FTP server running on Windows XP. The program injects a shell code remotely in FTP server's buffer using Backtrack to spawn Windows XP command prompt on attacker's system.
4. Configured various access rules for hosts, servers and managements networks. Deployed a VPN tunnel between the routers. On VMware Workstation platform where two instances of Pfsense (ClientPfsense and ServerPfsense) and two instances of Linux distribution were installed – Ubuntu (18.04, 64-bit) to work as client and server. WAN interfaces of both the pfsense firewalls were put on the same VMnet (Vmnet0).
5. Blocking Proxy Server- Developed a blocking proxy server, using C programming that receives client requests and allows/blocks it depending on the requirement.
Other Academic projects- Cross-site scripting attack, Precomputed dictionary attack, Brute force attack on an md5 hash
Developed a code in Java and SQL at the backend, to build a desktop application - plagiarism detector tool, based on n-gram algorithm. Published a paper on Authorship Attribution of Messages in 2016 on IJARCCE.
