• Designed the Pedestrian Protection System Foam with the Design Team for future projects and Model S Plaid
• Reduced the cycle time to manufacture 100k Front Rails by 979hrs using WTC Program; for a car that cost $50,000.

Design Optimization using Equivalent Static Load (ESL)
• Performed crash analysis of Ford F250 on LS-Dyna.
• Developing and using MATLAB based ESL algorithm for a general structural Design Optimization.
• Interfacing MATLAB with LS-Dyna to implement this algorithm for optimizing a design for crashworthiness, i.e increasing its specific energy absorbed while reducing its weight.
• This versatile method can be used to optimize any structure for weight reduction while maintaining it's mechanical properties.
