• Managing multiple projects in parallel for portal development for Adobe following agile framework to replace aging proprietary IVR systems with conversational speech solutions leveraging the strengths of open standards, such as VoiceXML and SIP based VoIP.
• Defining and managing project’s day to day nitty-gritties, handling dynamic project's scoping, providing timeline for required tasks while collaborating with stakeholders, technical architects, designers, speech specialists and IVR developers.
• Kept things on track by analyzing and requirement prioritizing in product backlog using Jira tool to create, assign and monitor tasks while working with development teams.
• Creating and maintaining organizational OKRs and defining project success matrices and maintaining all those OKRs in central repository on Confluence and Alfresco to lead organization with data centric approach.
• Maintaining daily stakeholder touch point to cater to their needs in the most optimized way to improve stakeholders satisfaction along with helping development team to keep the scope-creep at bay.
• Leading the weekly meetings with VP and Technical Account Managers from different teams to provide them with the current project status, and discuss and resolve risks, timeline conflicts and schedule delays.
• Involved in defining and improving the build process while working on different environments, like dev environments, QA environments, Pre prod environment to avoid defect leaks into production
• Involved in successful releases every fortnight to integrate the latest development into production, with zero Priority-1 defect in releases
