Projects
Linux & Docker Containerization: Launched the Linux containers to deploy web servers in them and accessed them from the browser. Installed Docker and created containers using the Docker engine. Demonstrated pulling of the docker images from the repository and creating containers using them. Created a new Docker image from the container and exposed the port of the container to localhost to display the web page of the application deployed in it.
Kubernetes & OpenStack: Built the Kubernetes cluster to join the master-worker nodes and demonstrated working of pods, deployments using YAML, high availability, replica sets, auto-scaling, clustering, API server, scheduling, controllers. Demonstrated application lifecycle management, rollbacks & rollouts, cluster maintenance, certificates, networking & troubleshooting in the Kubernetes cluster. Built end to end OpenStack services Keystone, Glance, Nova, Neutron, Horizon and launched an instance in the cloud using Horizon dashboard
Ansible: Configured the Ansible environment. Pinged, updated, upgraded the cache, queried SSH, created users using the Ad-Hoc commands and by running the playbooks. Deployed new VM’s on ESXi hosts, added local user with root privileges to them, and configured SSH connection Ansible Controller using Ansible Playbooks
AWS: Created VPC with Public and Private Subnets and established isolated networks using AWS VPN. Accessed Linux instances using EC2 service and enabled peering connectivity between VPC's. Created Cloud Storage Buckets using S3 and EBS. Performed and verified the operation of content delivery service CloudFront by accessing the storage from edge locations. Created end to end pipeline on AWS using CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, and CodePipeline services. Deployed an application to AWS using Docker, Elastic Container Service (ECS), and Elastic Container Registry (ECR).
