Summary: Primarily worked on leading & coordinating daily operations carried out daily at University of Texas’ Food Services.
• Introduced Kaizen principles to cut short the time required in delivery the products to store, thus increased sales by 78% per day.
• Analyzed & forecasted the customer demand for the following week to schedule inventory & minimize the waste of resources.
• Inspected the food regulations & policies are maintained from receiving the contained food to packaging & delivery of products.
• To expand our market size, monitored our progress/market by setting testing centers monthly to communicate with customers.

• Engaged with Improvement team during SCRUM meetings to provide/ learn/ track on shortcomings of the targeted processes.
• Authored reports and presented findings in form of Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations to Senior Manager of Engineer Improvement and PM Cell.
