Organizational Process Assurance:
 Verifying the work products as Proposal, Requirements, Project plan, Design, Coding, Test plan, Test cases, delivery, User Stories, Sprint and Product backlog etc.
 Performing milestone / phase end review as part of weekly / fortnightly facilitation and record findings in Project / Department facilitation report and share with PM / DM for corrective actions.
 Conducting Audit to verify the implementation of activities
 Consolidating and analyzing all the audit findings and share Process Compliance Index with Business Unit Heads / Department Heads after the audit cycle closure.
 Identifying the corrective actions which are aimed at eliminating the specific cause of Non-Compliance and prevention of recurrence through training, system correction and resource upgrade.

Responsibilities:
 Performed required Analysis by gathering both Functional and Non-Functional Requirements based on interaction with Process Owners and Stake Holders. Preparation of different Business Documents like RFP(Request for Proposal), BRD(Business Requirement Document) and Functional Requirement Document.
 Responsible for identifying the Automation Opportunities and maintain the Business requirements and align them with functional and technical requirements.
 Used Agile Methodology for the Project and Rally as Project Management tool to track development iterations and phases.
 Collective Efforts from the requirements for specific sprints is recorded in the PMWB (Project Management work Book) and a Metric Analysis is performed Monthly/Quarterly.
 MINITAB has been used for Metric analysis for generating Box Plot, Control charts and Capability Maturity.
 Defect Analysis has been performed for both Coding and Testing defects to analyze in which functionality the project is lagging in. Pareto Analysis is performed to check which factor is the cause for Major defects.
 Evaluate risks related to Requirement Implementation and Supported Business and technical teams to Mitigate/Resolve risks and issues that may impact project schedule, scope and quality.
 Root Cause sheet is updated with respect to any deviation in the Predefined objectives of the metrics and Corrective and Preventive Actions are logged by performing Root-Cause analysis with certain techniques like ‘Fishbone’ or ‘5-Why’.
 Risks Analysis is performed by calculating the Risk Exposure using Impact and Probability and specific Mitigation and Contingency actions are logged in the Risk Register
