How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for managing data quality initiatives, improving CMDB health, and creating a forward-looking view to collaborate across multiple organizations.
• Design and develop data strategy and database systems that meet the needs of the IT Asset Management and Tech partners
• Practical knowledge of Public Cloud asset management and classes
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver technical capabilities, reporting, and automation of processes
• Perform analytics with Python to improve Data Quality
• Optimize the processes of CMDB ingestion and sustain CMDB Health
• Function as member of a development team by contributing to database builds through consistent development practices (tools, common components, and documentation)
• Utilize and define operational best practices, requirements and associated documentation – ensure all processes are clear and auditable
• Influence the future direction of IT Asset Management data management
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and enthusiasm in developing best-in-class technology services
• Demonstrate well-rounded technical understanding of Midrange, Mainframe, Network, and Storage environment including but not limited to hypervisors, operating systems, databases, monitoring, basic network terminology, Active Directory, and storage technology
• Actively monitor quality of service and drive corrective actions and process enhancements to improve performance and availability

Qualifications
• 2-4 years of database experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience
• Familiar with Agile or other rapid application development methods
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, .Net, API creation and consumption
• Hands-on experience with data visualization, dashboard design, and software development
• Exposure to distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases
• Familiar with ITIL processes, Service Now, and database application programming
• Experience with Python
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team
• Bachelors in Computer Science/Management Information Systems or equivalent experience preferred
• Aptitude to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
