We are looking for New Grads to join our Engineering and Tech Operations Teams. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Engineering.

Responsibility
• Responsible for full stack development writing backend REST APIs and front-end UI components
• Write high quality code that is easy to maintain and test
• Create, integrate, and consume REST APIs
• Research new features and technologies
• Implement front-end and back-end features using Java, Python, .NET, C# and other languages
• Write automated unit tests to ensure the quality of the code
• Identify and automate test cases and improve existing integration testing processes
• Build Product capabilities like Semantic Search, Q&A, Summarization, extractions and other Gen AI capabilities
• Build, extend, and maintain AI processing and inference platform that supports AI capabilities
• Build a shared platform defining the various storage components offered by cloud computing
• Work on providing basic and advanced search capabilities
• Build a set of micro services that enables applications to define and store structured data
• Implement workflow service functionality

Job Designation

Hybrid:Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• December 2023, May/June 2024 Grad Dates
• One year of experience or less (internships count)
• Completed courses focused on Data Structures and Algorithms
• This role is not eligible for OPT or sponsorship now or in the future


Preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Coding and design experience, preferably in an OO programming language like Java, Scala, C#
• Experience with C++, JavaScript, or Python
• Experience with git, continuous integration, and deployment tools
• Completed coursework focused on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning
• Experience with CosmosDB, Redis, Azure SQL, Cassandra
• Experience with Web UX/UI, Libraries like React, Redux, State Management
• Experience with NodeJS, Typescript, Go, or equivalent, Azure Services (K8S, Docker, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB)
• Understanding of QA methodologies including monitoring, triaging, debugging, automating, and unit testing
• Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL DB, or equivalent
• Familiar with Google suite
• Awareness of high scale, highly available (99.99+) systems patterns
• Experience with CSS, AJAX, JSON, HTML, and/or MVC
