The Opportunity

Adobe’s 3D & Immersive team is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Web & Cloud team! You will help plan, design, develop, and test software to help our customers get the most out of 3D content in their ecommerce, web, and augmented reality needs. We are looking for a junior software engineer (new grad to five years experience) with an interest in building 3D content pipelines.

What you’ll Do
• Help design and implement web interfaces and APIs used by our customers and by other teams within Adobe
• Build highly durable distributed systems based on Kubernetes and the best tools provided by AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Ensure our services stay up and are performing at their best by incorporating monitoring and visibility into all parts of our systems.
• Join our multi-functional team of Frontend, Backend and DevOps engineers based in the San Jose Area
• Learn and grow from our experienced and inclusive team

What you need to succeed
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a similar specialty
• A passion for learning and contributing to all aspects of the system: user interface, APIs, persistence, and distributed systems.
• Experience programming in programming language suited for server-based system: TypeScript/Node.js, Go, Python and/or C++.
• Experience programming in language and frameworks suited for browser-based development: TypeScript/Node.js, React, Svelte, VueJS.
• A desire to collaborate and communicate your technical ideas with the team

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $92,100 -- $166,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
