Team Introduction The TikTok Monetization Product Data Science team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to ensure efficient and healthy monetization through Ads and Commerce ecosystems. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2024. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Candidates can also apply for both Off-cycle Intern position and Program Intern position. Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. Responsibilities - Work with large, complex data sets. Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed. Conduct analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations. - Build and prototype analysis pipelines iteratively to provide insights at scale. - Develop comprehensive knowledge of Tiktok data structures and metrics, advocating for changes where needed for product development. - Interact cross-functionally, making business recommendations (e.g., cost-benefit, forecasting, experiment analysis) with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders through visual displays of quantitative information. - Research and develop analysis, forecasting, and optimization methods to improve the quality of Tiktok ads products.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's in the fields of Business/Data Analytics - Strong SQL capability (CTE, window function etc.) Preferred Qualifications - Operation Research, Workforce management, and ML/Statistical modeling experience is a big plus TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description Intern (hourly)
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $35- $35. We cover 100% premium coverage for Full-Time intern medical insurance after 90 days from the date of hire. Medical coverage only, no dental or vision coverage.

Our time off and leave plans are: Paid holidays and paid sick leave. The sick leave entitlement is based on the time you join.
