Job Description
The Analyst, Inclusion & Diversity Analytics role is a cross-functional, dynamic position working in a consultancy model between the Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) Center of Excellence and our People Analytics team.

Under guidance and direction from the I&D Analytics Lead, this role will discover new ways to make an impact and further ensure that I&D occurs at all levels, and in all areas of the talent lifecycle. The incumbent will be a data analyst - with a passion for inclusion and diversity - who will support work across key customer groups, including HR leaders, HRBPs, I&D Center of Excellence, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.

They will partner to bring real data driven insights and strategic recommendations to the process of Inclusion & Diversity strategy development.

The incumbent will also work across each discipline of the data and analytics team to assist analysis related to security role design, dashboard development, process automation, and planning process changes.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• 1-3 years of experience with Inclusion & Diversity, People Analytics, and/or Data-Forward Roles such as Finance, Actuarial Science, and Accounting
• Basic knowledge of one or more coding languages and data management
• Basic knowledge of HR Functions and Employee Lifecycle (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, etc.)
• Experience documenting current and future state process, challenging the status quo and looking across functions for ways to improve analytics and measure success rates.
• Extraordinary communication and translation skills where clearly articulating data and technology concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven storyteller with experiences building and presenting to senior leadership on complex themes
• Positive, inclusive attitude and desire to uplift everyone, everywhere through inclusion & diversity
• Ability to work independently with strong time management
• Ability to execute on multiple concurrent deliverables with sense of urgency
• Strong ability to handle and maintain highly sensitive, confidential information.
• Intermediate ability to interpret, summarize, and communicate data into insights & recommendations appropriate for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel formulas & pivot tables
• Adept and flexible written and oral communications skills to work with all levels of leaders, including VP+
• Interest in strategic data research planning and project management for inclusion and diversity needs across the business, focused on internal analytics and external trends.
• Interest in developing product management skills – breaking down requirements and priorities for development teams executing on dashboards, security, and planning processes.
• Desire to pursue formal and informal continuous learning as Inclusion & Diversity is always evolving.

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
