Optimal prediction of the survival category of Acute Myeloid Leukaemia(AML) patients using gene prognosis of NPM1 gene.
In this article ,the extensive different approaches using deep learning models to the sub classification problem of AML cancer prediction .After generating the optimal neual network model,the deployment to Web using AWS EC2 instances and flask are discussed.
