Calorie estimation from food images - Python (Under Graduate Project) Dec 2017 - Mar 2018 Given a picture of a food item, the system is capable of calculating the amount of calories present in the food item. It can be used to recognize multiple food items present in a single image correctly deciphering the calorie value. The project was implemented in Python using TensorFlow library and by using food images from various sources combined with live images Automatic Garbage Detector and Collector - Python Sep 2016 - Mar 2017 An automatic robot created using Raspberry Pi which can analyze, segregate and dispose garbage materials. The project was awarded the BEST PROJECT AWARD in a workshop conducted by IBM and the placement advising committee of CEG, Anna University, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India
