Out of Box thinking will help always

Hello everyone, I would express my experience in facing a niche challenge in my Recruitment firm. I have 4 years of experience. After a six month of training period I have been alloted for a team, that name called as HCL ERS team. we have 6 Recruiters are there. they have worked past 3months on one requirement, it's Apriso Consultant. they are not able to close the position with right candidate. after my entry they just give me as a try for that requirement. I have tried for all the job portals they alloted me. that position requires Apriso flexnet software with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and also they required for an .Net development experience, So it looks like very niche skill. because Engineering background profile with software development. After one day I have tried it in to LinkedIn. because most of the Recruiters already made an search in portals. So I have put just 3 words MES, Apriso, Flexnet. Got some resumes I sent an connection request. another day I got an response from one candidate he is interested on that position. After reviewing his profile there is no word .net development in his resume. I directly called him and asked, he told me that he is having .net development experience.

I requested him to update the resume. I submitted that profile. After 2 weeks that was my first placement. and also that's a high margin closure on my ERS team. So I learnt something we don't judge resume by its outlook. we have to speak with the candidates and also we have to think some out of box thinking. it would be helpful to reach the goals.
