I am a recent graduate with a Master's in Cybersecurity. Being a security enthusiast, I took up a few very interesting academic projects and tried to research on the vulnerabilities that I might find. I have worked with Google Home Mini, Facebook, and an E-commerce website to assess their vulnerabilities. My research work with Google Home Mini and Facebook was much appreciated by my professors, as it was something new and something that everyone use in daily life.
I am an active learner and willing to improve my skills every day. I make sure that I go back and learn if I find something interesting. I take up challenges every day and try to solve them. I have been practicing Hacker 101 challenges and also learning on managing security on the AWS cloud.
My experience as an intern at Defmax Technologies Pvt Ltd. played a huge part in me choosing security as my major. I learned how to look at things from a security perspective and make sure that the user and the organization are safe from attacks.
I also worked as a volunteer for SAHI Foundation in India which is partnered with Apollo hospitals. I was a leader in creating mobile applications for the hearing impaired. This work of mine was appreciated on a regional level and published in newspapers. My professor took my work forward and presented it at the FOSSASIA conference in Singapore.
