• Performed full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer stage for Technical Consulting, Sales, HR, R&D roles at all levels

- Coordinated on campus visits to include career fairs, guest lectures, department discussions with o9 for student involvement, and case competitions (judging & coaching)
- Program resulted in 50% growth in new, diverse university pipeline leading to 10 world class hires(would have been more starting this summer, but hiring freeze due to COVID)

- Built and maintained strong personal relationships as the key point of contact for top Data Analytics and Supply Chain Programs.
• Built and managed new HR processes from scratch (as team grew from 5 to 12) supporting o9’s growth in total employees from 350 to 500
