● Worked under a pediatric occupational therapist, dealt with neuro-typical children with Cerebral Palsy, autism,
Learning Disability and varying degrees of Mental Retardation.
● Learnt and practiced techniques such as Sensory Integration Therapy, Hand Function Training, Brain Gym, OroMotor Training and Vestibular Input.
NewsX, Intern, India May 2016- June 2016
● Worked in a News production house, involved in television broadcasting such as editing, recording and
scriptwriting. Additionally, the use of language and effective communication was rendered as a part of effectively
functioning in a work environment.
● As a part of the team, News bulletins were taught how to be delivered and assisted in scriptwriting and carried
out ‘walk-thus’ for the channel.
William Leefe Initiative (NGO), intern, India Sept 2015 – Oct 2015
• Assisted in the content writing department of the organization. A major part of this internship was assisting in
editing and proving articles related to students and how the current fee impacts families economically.

Projects
Usability Report and Prototyping May 2020
• Completed a usability report on a transit application which incorporated the use of the competitor analysis,
personas, and utilized the GOMS method for task analysis. Additionally, Focus Groups were used as a method of
data collection.
• The research gathered and data collected, which mainly consisted of the dislikes and shortfalls of the current
competitor applications and this data was used to create a prototype for a potential mobile application that
addressed the needs of the consumers.
Literature Review on the theories of Vigilance May 2020
• Carried out an in-depth study on the theories of Vigilance namely: Resource theories, older theories, Mind
Wandering theories, theory of Mindlessness and Newer theories.
• The theories that were proposed by Dr.Parsuraman., R significantly contributed to the literature of Vigilance.
Aspects of how resource utilization is allocated, and the observations made through the use of Transcranial
Doppler Sonography was a significant part of developing these theories.
