I worked at Wayfair as an Operations Analyst. I was responsible for handling Wayfair’s entire Canadian Small Parcel network ranging from forecasting demand, scheduling trailer pickups, analyzing outbound volume. I handled relationships with five cross-docks across the US and coordinated Wayfair’s Canada bound volume pickups between these cross-docks and six linehaul carriers. I was the only CO-OP in the five-member team allocated for monitoring peak shipments during Cyber week. Apart from the daily routine, my CO-OP project involved solving Wayfair’s Canadian Labelling Issue and which helped achieve a 12% increase in on-time delivery of Wayfair’s FedEx Northbound Volume. I am experienced in working with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQLite, Google Suite, and Microsoft PowerApps. My Master of Science degree in Engineering Management along with my experience in working in supply chains of both a manufacturing company and an e-commerce company gives me a unique edge as a candidate with both technical and industrial knowledge in the supply chain field. I can be reached at (857) 253 9740 or by email at Govindaraj.k@northeastern.edu.
