Technology professional who wants to work towards quantifying outcomes of marketing activities
Experience
I graduated with an MBA in 2020 from Kelley School of Business and double majored in Marketing and Business Analytics. Starting my career in 2014 at Wipro, I developed and implemented CRM systems for telecom clients. I co-founded an e-commerce venture in 2016, Tanstitch, to serve customers interested in customized leather products. I led digital marketing, and new product development, growing the startup nationally using product differentiation strategies. I used data and metrics such as Average Shipping costs, Bounce Rate, or Cart abandonment rate to plug any loopholes in my thoughts and ideas. I was undercapitalized to scale up the startup and decided in 2018 to supplement my practical business skills with structured learning in a business school. In 2019, I interned at Shutterfly as a General Management intern and led competitive analysis projects for PhotoBooks, Cards, and Personalized Gifts categories. My product improvement plans resulted in increased average revenue per user and new customer visits.
