Identify Users, Customers and Stakeholders for an application for the Persons with Disabilities
• Improved the business model by suggesting to a target a few persons with disabilities and stakeholders initially rather than the whole community.
• Stakeholders insights gathered through empathy research (Online + Face to Face) within Sweden on 9 main Categories. Respondents were completely unknown to us.
• Developed skills in conducting Online research.

Project 1: Sandvik Crushing and Screening. (Supervisor: Petra Sundstrom) (Aug 2019 to Dec 2019)
Evaluation of emerging technology application & designing a road map for digitalization strategy
•Conducted a study at 4 Sites of Sandvik namely Finland, Norway, Ireland, Sweden
•Developed an interactive Lo-Fi prototype adaptive to no Wi-Fi regions mines and quarries
•Implemented the newly learned watering hole marketing technique and lead a workshop at Rammer, Finland with 4 members of Senior management.
•Created infographics for customer journeys and designed a service concept and a new digitalization roadmap.
Project 2: Steamery & Co. (Supervisor: Frej Lewenhaupt) (Jan 2019 to June 2019)
Evaluation and process improvement of the product development process
•A fast-growing garment care start up selling a white labelled garment steamer and Ancillary.
•Designed a democratic, decentralized, collaborative, and people independent product development process which enhanced customer feedback. This process was later implemented by the company.
• Learnt about ecosystems and work culture dynamics within start-ups through literature and while mapping these concepts with Streamery’s processes and organization.
