Indoor Mapping using Lidar & Differential Drive Robot:
Design of a system for real time autonomous mapping of an indoor environment with obstacle avoidance using SLAM, 360-LIDAR, 4 wheeled differential drive robot. The technologies used also include Raspberry Pi, Arduino for onboard sensor data
capture, drive control and ROS, Python for data processing, map generation.
Robot following Human Hand Movements:
Successfully designed a wireless system to help humanoid robot replicate human hand movement along with real time error feedback. Implementation includes pose estimation of human arm using image processing, human joint angle estimation, robot
simulation in gazebo and error response control in real time.
Audio Tagging using Neural Networks:
Successfully completed the objective of detection and classification of multiple audio signatures from a mixed noisy audio source using semi-supervised learning.
Patrol Logger:
Development of a guard patrol monitoring system with real time alerts through SMS, Android and IOS apps.
Autonomous Delivery Robot (EMIC):
I was responsible for designing the hardware for the robot which included designing Motor Drivers for Stepper & DC Motors, Interfacing circuits for Indicators and Speakers, Power Supply. I was also responsible for the software design of drive mechanism
of the Robot.
