Position Overview
DXC-Horizontal Capabilities @ Autodesk The DXC-Horizontal Capabilities team is the center of Autodesk eCommerce and manages core systems like orders and subscriptions, supporting education and trials, providing core services like compliance and notifications. We develops backend business services and platforms to solve critical eCommerce problems.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer Intern, you will be engaged in working with senior members of the team on critical projects and proof of concepts to some unique tools, which will help the team to build the foundations for eCommerce. You'll understand the end-to-end life cycle of Autodesk's system and get a great exposure to system design and developing new customer-centric platform.

Responsibilities
• Have a dedicated mentor who will help you navigate through Autodesk as a whole, from onboarding to your intern project ending
• Interact with senior members and architects to achieve the desired roles, while being part of an agile team
• Partner with multiple teams like product management to refine the scope of projects
• Technologies we use: Node.js, Java, NoSQL, Aurora, AWS – Lambda

Minimum Qualifications
• Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree seeking program with an expected graduation date in 2025
• Strong CS Fundamentals – Java, Node.js are recommended, Python and C++
• Willingness to learn Node/Java
• Prior software engineering experience from internships, hackathons, or projects

Salary Transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience, educational level, and geographic location, and can exceed this range.

For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting annualized intern base salary to be between:
• $47,840 and $95,680 (undergraduate students)
• $72,800 and $118,500 (Masters/MBA students)
• $118,560 and $162,240 (PhD students)
