Exploratory Data Analysis and Price Prediction of DC Residential Properties
A home is often the most expensive purchase people make. There are so many features to be considered while buying a home. Therefore with the data in hand, I have performed exploratory data analysis to understand the behavior of various features (X variables) and how they have an impact on Price (Y variable).
