Projects
1. Twitter Sentiment Analysis (On-going Project)
Short Overview: Determine tweets' sentiments with the help of the Deep Learning LSTM model. Built responsive user interface to demonstrate live streaming of tweets and pie chart to show the proportion of analyzed tweets based Positive/Neutral/Negative polarity.
Learnings: Deep Learning LSTM model, Data Cleaning, Use of Kafka to publish and subscribe stream records, handled communication between various microservices, employed Reactjs to have a dynamic and engaging interface.
Yet to achieve: dockerizing each component, Kubernetes to make application scalable
2. Online exam prototype - authenticated using Face Recognition
Short Overview: To make the online exam more reliable and free from cheating developed face authenticated system which enables exam view only if authorized.
Learnings: API creation with Node.js and Express, exercised microservice architecture, built components based UI, dockerized each layer of microservice, deployed in GPC Kubernetes, achieved horizontal scaling, load balancing if requests count increase.
3. Blog Query System
Short Overview: Designed a blog query system with help of REST-based web services which enables to list of all blog users and searches for a particular user based upon various attributes. The project started from in-memory data storage to MongoDB with indexing which facilitates easy resolution for queries.
Learnings: REST-based web services, HATEOAS for dynamic navigation to appropriate resource, modeled user interface with Mustache, asynchronous Axios calls using Node.js, and express framework.
