I am a graduate student at Texas A&M University where I am pursuing a Master of Science in Management Information Systems. I am a data enthusiast and love working with data to generate actionable and meaningful insights from it. During this summer, I worked as a Business Intelligence Engineer Intern at Equinix where I designed key performance indicator dashboards using Tableau, SQL & Tableau Data Prep to analyze sales compensation data. The insights delivered by my project resulted in enhanced compensation fairness for the Sales Rep. Furthermore, I have worked as a full-time Business Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services in India for 2 years. During this time I was responsible for eliciting business requirements for pharmaceutical clients, converting business requirements into tech specs, creating key performance indicator reports and dashboards, and providing training to associates in Agile (Scrum methodology).
I have worked on Machine learning and Business Intelligence projects and you can have a look at my work on:

Projects
1) Customer Expenditure Prediction, (Machine Learning), Texas A&M University, December 2019
Implemented ML models like Multiple Linear Regression and Random Forest Regressor models using Python to predict the yearly amount spent by a customer on an E-commerce platform and determined how it's impacted by the factors like ‘Avg Session Length’, ‘Time on App’, ‘Time on Website’ and ‘Length of membership’. Obtained a maximum adjusted R-squared value of 0.985 and RMSE of 10.50
2) Passenger Survival Prediction, (Machine Learning), Texas A&M University, December 2019
Forecasted the survival possibility of the passengers during the Titanic disaster by implementing Random Forest, Logistic Regression, SVM, and XGBoost using Python, scikit-learn, NumPy, pandas and compared their performance using evaluation metrics like accuracy and ROC-AUC curves. Obtained a maximum accuracy of 84.26%
3) Smart Pricing & Ratings for House Listings (Machine Learning), Texas A&M University, August 2019 – October 2019
Predicted price and ratings for Airbnb listings by implementing models like Random Forest and Logistic Regression, compared the
results of these models using evaluation metrics – accuracy and ROC-AUC curves and provided suggestions to hosts to improve ratings based on the analysis
