Powered Mobile Wheelchair January 2017-May 2018.
• This project involves the design electric wheelchair handle Extension for domestic use by old aged and lower limb disabled
people.
• The 3 Main Components includes Gear arrangement with chain, handle and support frame clamps and electric motor
arrangement.
• Design the prototype using CATIA, SOLIDWORKS and analyzed by ANSYS.
• Metal fabrication processes including welding, fitting, surface preparation, drilling and turning.
• The project then donated to the college hostel for medical emergency use.
FEA Modelling and Analysis of Bar, Beam, Column, Cone, and Thermal Analysis of Bracket August 2016 – January 2017.
• FE Modeling was generated for Bar, Beam, Column, and Cone as per requirements and material properties were assigned.
• Performed pre-processing - 3D modeling by using AUTOCAD and UG-NX and creating material, assigning Properties,
meshing, assigning constraints and applying load in HYPERMESH.
• Conducted post-processing - Contour plot in HyperView, Plane stress-strain, Von Mises stress, Result table in OPTISRUCT.
• Calculated results - Graphical comparison of various Parameters such as Analytical and theoretical values of Stress-Strain.
